okay am i the only one who thought the title was clever? yeah? oh. well anyways. with it being full on fall right now, i never know if its going to be hot or cold outside. usually its cold in the morning, but by the afternoon, its burning up outside. sure makes it confusing when getting dressed in the morning. i have found that my best bet right now is to mix and match. when i wear short sleeves, i wear pants and boots of some sort. this is one of those outfits that is perfect for this type of weather.
this top was an impulse buy, and i do not regret it at all. its such an easy top that you can dress up or dress down. the ruffles on the bottom are so fun and the color is perfect for any time of year. as of right now i am obsessed with buying tops a couple of sizes too big. i do this because one: comfort. two:am i wearing a dress or a shirt? who knows? its a little bit more conservative to buy longer tops i guess, but im just really into the whole tunic thing right now.
the pants are partial leather jeggings? not really sure how to describe them except for the fact that they are so fun and some of my favorite pants. when i had them for the first month, every time i wore them they dyed my legs purple. my white sheets still havent recovered from going to sleep after wearing them and not realizing what they had done to my skin. its fine. they are still some of my favorites.
the boots are some of my favorites. i was honestly very skeptical to buy them because i thought the heel combined with the fact that they are knee-highs, it was an obvious combination for hooker boots. no offense to hookers. i still bought them and wear them so... anyways i love these boots, they definitely make a statement, not sure if thats good or bad, but i like them. so yeah. anyways..
